2. Description of Service

ReachScore provides email deliverability testing services, including inbox placement testing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC validation, and deliverability monitoring. Access is provided via API, SDK, and CLI tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Not sharing your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReachScore to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Test deliverability for malicious purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReachScore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
